SUPER POWER!!!

YES! I finally get to do Super Power Island!! My favorite!
I'm going to have so much fun with this.
Alright. So. Here we are, welcome to Super Power Island!

And yes, I did dye my hair darker blue!

I am, of course, a super hero. But if  you aren't yet, then you can head down to the Masks & Capes shop to be properly outfitted for duty.

I'm more of a hero-in-disguise kinda girl.

Then you'll want to see expert super hero, Ned Noodlehead, at the Comic Shop.

I like to repeatedly ding the little bell. He doesn't really fancy it.

Ah, good times. The comic shop is a very nostalgic little place for me. Moving on...
The subway is a good form of transportation. Just don't slip on the random water spills.

Ow.

In all, Super Power is a great island for adventure, excitement, and fun. So definitely check this place out!

Hi there, I'm the new author here, Icy Skunk. I've played Poptropica ever since the first island came out (I'm pretty sure I beat Early Poptropica at least ten times). My favorite one right now is probably either Spy Island or S.O.S. Anyway, that's all I really have to say. I'm looking forward to posting more!

Shark Tooth!!

Whoo! I'm back! This time I'm going to talk about Shark Tooth Island. Shark Tooth is another great hangout place, so I'm gonna show you a few attractions around the island.
This is where you'll first land when you get there. Note the dangerously large chomp mark out of the sign.

Welcome to Shark Tooth!

So obviously you're going to want to check out all the touristy stuff first to educate yourself, so this is the Shark Museum.

And lastly, of course, you can't visit Shark Tooth without a trip to the beach, so this is me, about to plunge into the beautiful water, right next to the "No Swimming!" sign. :)

Early Poptropica!

Hey!! Serious Crumb is back!
We'll have fun today, because I'm going to talk about the very first island, Early Poptropica!!!

So Early Poptropica is kind of like home base, where you can chill after all those crazy adventures!
Personally, I like to soar around on my sweet jet pack!

Yeah, I'm lookin' to the sky to save me, lookin' for a sign of lifeee!

So even though Early Poptropica is a pretty mellow place, there's still cool stuff to do!
You can visit the Pop Art Museum...

Getting Started!

Heya! It's Serious Crumb again!
Today I'm gonna show you how to get started on Poptropica. First, of course, you gotta go to the website. Here's the link!

Are you there yet? Yes? Cool! So the first thing you're going to see is the main screen where it will say "Poptropica". And underneath it, you will see that it has two bubbles. The left says "new player", and the right "returning player". Click the "new player" bubble, and a box will pop out of the ground, along with two more bubbles. One bubble shows a silhouette of a boy, the other a girl. Choose your gender. The box will shake a little. That's your Poptropican inside! Now after you've chosen your gender a whole bunch of little bubbles will make a circle around the box. Each has a number from 6-15. Choose your age. The box will rattle around, and KABOOM! Out pops your new character!
Obviously you're going to want to change your look, right? Right. So on the left side of the screen there will be a little picture of your character, along with its name. Now, if you think the name is stupid, then you can go ahead and click "Change All". It'll give you a completely random new character, and a new name. You can keep doing this until you're happy with the name. Now on to how they look. Underneath the "Change All" button are some more options: Skin color, hair, hair color, eyes, mouth, shirt and pants. You can play around with these settings until you're happy with the way they look. And remember, you can change your change the way your character looks at any time, so don't be too stressed out if you want to change it later.
So now you can jump around and get a feel for how your character moves. Ready to enter Poptropica? Jump into the balloon, and off you go!

Hello Readers!

Hey all! This blog is going to cover all things about the fantabulous M(assive)M(ultiplayer)O(nline)G(ame), Poptropica. Now Poptropica was created a couple years ago and, when I first joined, there were only two islands: Early Poptropica, and Shark Tooth Island (Shark Tooth was new, at the time). And now Poptropica has 32 islands (and counting)! Wow!
Now before we begin our journey through this awesome game, let me introduce myself. I am Serious Cumb.
